Water conservation is the name of the game in Winter Park. So the plants are grouped together according to their water requirements allowing the gardeners to water just twice a week when all the plants are established.
The gardeners face some daunting challenges in this high altitude mountain environment including wind, hail, extreme temperatures, and a short growing season. Thus inspired and challenged Winter Park’s team of gardeners is ready for yet another season of creating artful gardens that will enhance every guest’s and local’s visit to our town.
